Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and service requests are subject to acceptance by BlessingCrafts. We reserve the right to refuse any order or service request at our discretion without providing a reason.

Order Delivery

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM will be eligible for same-day delivery.

Order Modifications

To modify an order, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp or email before we begin processing or before the delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

All paid orders are non-refundable except under special circumstances, such as unavailability of stock or failure to deliver on the same day. In such cases, we will issue a refund.

Customer and Recipient Personal Information

It is crucial to provide accurate personal information to effectively communicate with customers and recipients. Rest assured, we value your privacy and will never rent, lease, or sell your personal information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Customer's email address: We utilize this information to send order confirmations, replacement information, shipping confirmations, and delivery confirmations to enhance customer experience. We may also use the customer's email for marketing communications from time to time. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

Customer's phone number: We will use this information to contact customers in case of order issues (e.g., payment failure or delivery issues).

Recipient's full name and address: We need this information to deliver the flowers you have ordered. Accuracy of the recipient's address is crucial.

Payment

We accept payments via Paylah, Paynow, and debit cards. Credit card payments are not supported. Cheques are not accepted, and we do not offer credit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs start from $20 and are calculated based on distance. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.Self-Pickup Policy

Delivery Policy

Delivery times are from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders for delivery on Sundays or public holidays will be rescheduled for the next working day. We do not provide specific time delivery services.

While our team always strives to ensure timely delivery for customers, BlessingCrafts shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unavailable delivery services or any other circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery is not made, please contact us via WhatsApp. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 1 day after the scheduled delivery date to apply for a refund. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the refund right.

BlessingCrafts currently offers delivery services across the entire island of Singapore. We can deliver to any address within specified areas, excluding locations such as Changi Airport and Singapore Customs. For specific details or to check if we deliver to your location, please contact us.

If you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact us via WhatsApp or Email with detailed information and receive our confirmation of the change. Please ensure this is done by 10:00 AM one (1) day before the expected delivery date. Failure to notify us in advance under this clause will result in the inability to refund any goods delivered to the wrong location.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the recipient is present at the address during delivery. No refund will be issued if flowers are delivered on time to the address specified by the customer. Re-delivery charges will apply based on the recipient's location if rescheduling or change of delivery route is requested by the recipient or you.

If we deem the courier service in your area unreliable, we reserve the absolute right to cancel the order. We value our customers and our delivery capabilities; therefore, if we cannot deliver, we will not risk disappointing you.

Returns and Refunds

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have concerns regarding the received product, please contact us. We will address issues promptly based on the specific policies for each type of product/service.

Self-Pickup Policy

Available for all products from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Collect items from UB.ONE, Tai Seng, during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

The latest time for self-pickup is 6:00 PM on your chosen date. If you or your representative cannot make it, please contact us via WhatsApp promptly so we can assist with alternative arrangements.

You may collect the items personally or send a representative (e.g., relatives, friends, or delivery services like Grab and Lalamove).

When picking up, you or your representative must present your order details including your name, order number, and other relevant information to verify your identity.

If you do not collect your items and we do not receive any communication from you by 6:00 PM on your scheduled pickup date via phone, WhatsApp, or email, your items will be processed accordingly. This may include voiding or discarding the items, as the condition of fresh flowers may deteriorate by the next day.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on our website and provided as part of our services are owned by BlessingCrafts or our licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

BlessingCrafts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service.

Adverse Weather Conditions

In adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flooding), our delivery partners may be unable to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to adverse weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or re-deliveries for affected orders.

Force Majeure

BlessingCrafts shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by any of the following reasons: (i) acts of God; (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, terrorism; (iii) any action of a governmental or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent); (iv) fire, explosion, flood, heavy fog, or adverse weather; (v) power failure, telecommunication failure, factory, machinery, or vehicle breakdown or damage; (vi) default by suppliers, subcontractors, or delivery partners; (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or any form of industrial action; and (viii) any other reasons or circumstances beyond BlessingCrafts' reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singaporean courts.

Compliance with Laws

Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including but not limited to privacy laws and intellectual property laws.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

BlessingCrafts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.

Flower & Plants Terms of Service :

Freshness Guarantee

We deliver the freshest flowers, which may arrive in bud form. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of wilted flowers. We will offer replacement options if deemed unsatisfactory. Additionally, we will WhatsApp you photos of the flowers' condition prior to delivery for your confirmation.

Damage Policy

Report damaged flowers within 24 hours with photos. Replacements will be arranged for the next available delivery date.

In cases of supply difficulties or if flowers received from growers do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with one of similar style, value, and quality. We will seek your approval prior to packaging and delivery in the event we need to make a substitution.

Shipping Damage Policy

Provide evidence (photos/videos) of damage for replacements. Damaged products must be returned for replacement.

We are committed to delivering high-quality laser engraving products. If your product does not meet our high standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the unsatisfactory product. If deemed unsatisfactory, we will offer replacement options for the next available delivery date.

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare cases beyond our control, they may be damaged during transit. If you receive products that are damaged to an unacceptable extent, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Content and Material

The client is responsible for providing necessary content and materials unless otherwise agreed. Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines.

Client Approval

A structured approval process will be followed. The client must provide feedback and approval within specified timeframes to avoid project delays.

Deadlines and Timeframes

Project deadlines and timeframes will be clearly communicated and agreed upon. Delays caused by either party will be managed accordingly.

Cancellation of Services

Services cancelled after commencement are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered in special circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and complete information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays due to inaccurate or incomplete information are the client's responsibility.

Intellectual Property

Designs and materials remain the property of BlessingCrafts until full payment. Upon payment, the client has the rights to use the designs as agreed. BlessingCrafts retains the right to use work in our portfolio and marketing.

Confidentiality

Confidential information shared by the client will be kept confidential and not disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

Project Termination

Conditions for project termination will be clearly outlined. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.

Use of Completed Work for Portfolio

BlessingCrafts retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
